There have been many issues raised in the past about date formats in workflow.  In particular the date formats are being changed by workflow from dd/MM/yyy to MM/dd/yyy.  Refer to:

As the date format in workflow is controlled by the region and date format of the workflow service user we have far less access to it, or control of it, than other date settings in Laserfiche.  This is a system administration setting rather than a Laserfiche setting.

The other areas where Date Format is set are:

Fields and Templates - performed in Administration Console

Forms - can be easily changed through Chrome region settings.

My suggestion is for a Date Format setting in Workflow Administrator.

This setting would be independent of the workflow service user.  We would no longer have to rely on the locale of the server or other system settings that are typically managed by System Administrators.
