Disable protocols DM5 and SHA

I have a customer with Laserfiche Rio 10.3, and we tried to disable Hashes MD5 and SHA, but this changes causes lost comunication with Forms on my browser.

Is there any way to disable those and don't affect communication betwen server and browser

In the new laserfiche version 10.4 is posible to do it?

Can you be more specific about what is failing?  Did you disable those hashes on the client or server, and how exactly did you disable them?  Is this related to TLS configuration, and if so do you have cipher suites available that don't require those algorithms?
