Hi..
We are a document heavy firm and snapshot thousands of documents per day.

In windows 7 our users have found a way to snapshot multiple documents into laserfiche by opening the snapshot printer window and dragging and dropping chunks of PDF documents - sometimes 20 or 30 at a time and then letting the printer do its job.   

In moving to windows 10 - it appears that we can only do two or three documents in that fashion.  We drag a big chunk to the snapshot print window and it only does two or three rather than the whole bunch.

Is this a setting somewhere we need to change in Windows 10?    We are currently using LF 10.3 - maybe a different version would work better?

Any help is appreciated.
