What article, where?

I received an email from support@laserfiche.com announcing that I had been sent "an article in Laserfiche Support". Logging onto Laserfiche Support I saw no indication that anything had been "sent" to me, nor any help or contact options.  Finding my way to this forum, I stumbled around looking for how to post a question, finally guessing that I had to join a group first--again no help or instructions.  So my question is:  How do I discover what article has been "sent" to me and where do I go to view it?

Hi Chuck,

When a user shares a knowledge base article with another user, the email notification will show as being sent from support@laserfiche.com. The person sharing the article also has the option of modifying the email subject and body and may have removed the information about who exactly they are and what article they are sharing with you. I wouldn't know the reason why they may have done so, however.

In any case, if you can forward that email notification to support@laserfiche.com, we can further investigate.
