Is there anyone out there that has a job description for a Laserfiche administrator and a wage scale?

Thank you so much. I wish you could give me an idea on wages. I am with a City in Idaho of around 30,000 and we have spent a lot of money on Laserfiche but do not have the staff at this time to get everything implemented and fine-tuned that we want to. We are actually trying to convince the administration that we need someone dedicated to just Laserfiche but have no idea where to start on the compensation end of things. The job description is a start. Thank you again for your help.
I totally agree with what you are trying to do! I think paying the person on average $80,000 per year (depending on their skill level) would be agreeable. I work in the private sector, so I don't see how that would compare to the public sector. Good luck!
