united license and web client (vs desktop client)

We are still on the old united license model (on prem, version 10.3).  We currently use the desktop client to access our repository.  Can we use web client?  If so, is that an added charge or included?

Marie, the web client is an additional purchase for United. Our records currently show that your company already owns it.

Hi Miruna,

Thanks for the quick response.  I know that we have it with our Avante test system, but don't see it with our United prod system.  I will reach out to our VAR to see what our next steps are.

Oh, I see what you mean. Yes, this license is tied to your Avante server.
