Unable to customize WebLink based on advanced Laserfiche WebLink Customization documentation

I am trying to customize WebLink 10.1 with the following features:

Default the thumbnail view in the Document Viewer
Hide tags in the Metadata Pane
Enable grid view (see attached file for instructions)

I found instructions on how to do this but that documentation is for an older version of WebLink:

Is there an updated document on these customizations? If not would someone please provide the steps to make these changes?

I would like to get a confirmation that these features are no longer supported in WebLink 10. Should I open a support case or contact presales?

Hello Melanie- Customer tried the steps you provided and it did not work. Also- they are running WL 10.1 Update, which I believe by your comment above they should have the ability to make this change, by using the Designer, correct?
