Hello,

We are working with some users that recently moved to a VMWare Horizon terminal server environment. 
When running Snapshot, they get the error, "This driver does not work with Terminal Services Enabled." (See screenshot.)

We have re-installed Snapshot and made it the default printer as well. 
Since they are in a terminal environment, it only installs the "shared" Snapshot, the local version was not installed and failed when trying to attempt to install it. 

Have any of you used Snapshot successfully in a VMWare Horizon Terminal Environment?
