Hi All,

Has anyone ever experience printing PDF files that contain text (checked by searching) to LF Snapshot and selecting the 'Obtain text from the print job' (in Text tab) where the result is a bunch of jumbled characters that do not relate to the document text?

See attached screen shot of an example. 

I have been playing around testing all the different print settings but I can't get around it. Yes, a work around is forcing Snapshot to Perform OCR, but this is far slower for very large documents and we have many workflows using pattenr matching to capture key information.

Client Version is 10.2.0.839.
