How do I Contact Support for License Questions? (Import Agent)

I'm having issues with activating our 'Import Agent' - When I first went to run it via the Server I received an error that it was unable to activate the license. I then ran the Activation Tool, plugged in the key information, and was then told it had met the maximum amount of activations. I don't believe we're on any License Manager software or such.

I'm not sure what step to take from here, but I was also curious to get an assessment on our current environment and any potential upgrades we might be lacking while looking at things.  Thanks!

Your support questions need to go through your reseller first.

However, take a look at this KB article on how to deactivate licenses and see if it solves your problem.
