We have purchased four new licenses for our Laserfiche Avante suite and should give us a total 54 Named User Licenses. When i access the Admin Console i still see 50 Named User Licenses. How do i add the 4 new licenses to my current 50 user licenses.

To pick up the changes, you need to re-generate your LF server license. Open the folder where LF Server is installed (Defualt = C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server) and run the "ActivationTool.exe". This will allow you to generate a new license file, but you will need to save it to someplace that will allow you to write to (the Program Files folders are restricted) and then copy the new lf.licx license file into the LF Server folder. Once the new license is in place, restart the LF Server service to load the new license.
