Public Portal Access with LFDS

If I set up a Windows Active Directory user in LFDS without a license.  Then make that user part of a group or Public Portal users with access to the repository.  Will that user be able to login to public portal with a single sign-on?

EDIT: Are you talking about Forms Public Portal, or WebLink? (I assumed Forms initially)

 

Users cannot log into Forms without some form of license (either Named User or Participant). Forms Public Portal only enables Anonymous (unlicensed) submissions without logging in

 

WebLink is a slightly different story. If the user/group is read-only, and they do not have the "manage trustees" privilege, then I believe it will work.
