Is this option not: Hold down Control and Shift while dragging a document or folder to your desktop
This is not working now, on Version 10.3. Am I doing it wrong?

It looks like the keyboard shortcut in 10.3 has been changed to CTRL+ALT while dragging out of the desktop client.

You know, I'm wondering if it's just not working. I tried the Control Alt and got the same thing as Control Shift. Instead of a shortcut to the LF folder, I get a link to a web page and when I try to open the web page, it freezes up. If I leave it, it eventually gives me this:
I've gotten something similar to happen if I try opening the .lfe file with Internet Explorer. I get a few more dialog boxes, it thinks for a while, and then the option that you screenshotted above is displayed.
If you right-click and choose to open the shortcut with the Laserfiche Client does it still react the same way?
If I right-click, I only get an option to "Copy Download Link".
