I am in the process of configuring and assigning permissions to users who will start using our Laserfiche system.

I created Laserfiche User Group and assigned specific feature rights to it. Then I created test user in AD and added it into the Laserfiche User Group. A Named User License has been assigned to the test user. For the authentication, I tried both scenarios, letting the test user inherit authentication rights from group membership and assigning the test user as a Trusted windows account.

I received ERROR Code 9030 upon trying to log into the repository using the test user. We do have plenty of Named User Licenses available. Also this test user does not have any administrative rights.

I would appreciate the experts guidance on resolving this matter. Thanks.
