Approval by Email

I have a form that is filled out by someone wanting to schedule a visit. I would like to have an email sent to the person they're scheduling a visit with, and then allow that person to either approve or reject the visit. How can I accomplish this via Workflow? Not everyone who could have a visitor is a licensed user of Laserfiche, so I don't think a User Task within the Process Model is possible. Ideally, if I could just provide two options, "Approve" or "Reject" for the recipient to choose from, that would be best. I'm open to any recommendations, though.

Hello,

You can use your own REST service to run a workflow with the workflow web services and send some parameters such as Approve \ Reject and email.

 

In the email you need to send the link to the API with different parrameters, one with Approve and another with Reject.
