I was wondering if anyone has ran into a similar issue and can shed some light on a fix. After we upgraded from Laserfiche 9.1 to 10.3, we are seeing some slowness when using Snapshot. When printing to Laserfiche Snapshot, the repository folders are loading slower than they do on version 9.

We can recreate this issue on all clients that were upgraded to 10.3 but the clients that are still on 9, are much faster. Please see the attached video to see the slowness.

These same subfolders load perfectly fine directly in the client so it seems to be isolated with Snapshot and only the updated version.
