Upgraded from 9.2 to 10.3 about 3 hours ago, but still can't log in error 9523

I've read all the previous threads about upgrading and the time it takes for the repository to update, but I'm on 3 hours now and still can't access (error code 9523).

 

dboptions.version = 8.8.0

 

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Hi David, please have your reseller open a case with Laserfiche Support and  provide the ContentRepository Admin Event log, unfiltered and saved as a .evtx file.
