access denied during laserfiche install

Got a customer running into this error when trying to install LF Client.

They ran the autorun.exe as administrator. 

Any ideas on what is causing this error?

Check the Windows Event viewer, hopefully the information is in there. Any message that says access denied I ignore until I get context on what it is that is being requested. Access doesn't hold any meaning without context.
