We are trying to reinstall the Laserfiche client but it keeps hanging on "Committing Changes" and never finishes (we let it run all night). We never receive any errors or anything, it simply just never finishes.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue before or has any idea what could be stopping it? I asked the user to disable the AV on that machine and try again to see if that made a difference but I have not heard back from him yet as to whether that worked.
