Unable to access "single-click re-captcha" from configuration after Hotfix update

Hi All,

 

I have just run the update: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013946/list-of-changes-for-laserfiche-forms-10-2-1-update-3 for a client who is using Forms 10.2 

The update installed successfully, but when trying to get into Configuration > Single Click Recaptcha 

Nothing is being displayed? as in, it just seems the option cannot be accessed? We ran the update to enable Single-Click reCaptcha for some forms as v1 is now deprecated. 

 

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Hi Ziad,

It should be caused by that files from previous version were cached on your browser. Can you try clean up cache on browser or press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page?
