Forms LFF500 Error

I upgraded my VAR kit from Avante to RIO Licensing. We configured the server for 30 licenses rather than moving to LFDS as we are migrating to a new environment soon. Everything is working except for Forms which is showing an error LFF500 when you log in. 

Event View says

Entity Framework returned the following error when trying to communicate with SQL Server: An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details.. [LFF18-EntityFrameworkInaccessible] Details: URL: /Forms/webapi/v1/workerresume?

Has anyone else experienced this and found the root cause / resolution?

Yes it's the latest version, I'll have to check support again. If have any tips to find it i'd appreciate it.

Yep, hit the support guys on chat and they will send it to you as that's how I got it. It was meant to be part of the updated 10.3.1 package by end of last week so worth checking with them if it's been updated. It's a two minute to swap out the affected .dll

Thanks Fearghal, you were right on. The issue is specific between SQL 2008 and 2008R2 and Forms 10.3.1.

If it's Forms 10.3.1 Steve, you may need an updated .dll which had to be patched
