Could we set regional settings on Web client?

Hi,

Our Web server stays on difference time Zone from web clients.

I would like to set Regional Settings on Web server 10.3 for everyone but could not find this function under "Settings->Locale->Regional Settings" as before.

Please suggest.

Version 10.3 should auto-detect the browser time zone and adjust the presented values accordingly. Is this not working correctly?

Users would like their web client datetime correspond to their Time zone (Asia). But their browsers display Web Server’s time zone in Denmark.

should I need to change Time Zone on Web Server at control panel to be Asia Time zone?
