Wallpaper Issues when In-Process

I have a form that I have set up with a image wallpaper and when I am looking at the CSS & JavaScript and preview the form, the sizing is correct and the wallpaper stays in place when I scroll down the form.  However, when the form is in use with an actual instance, it appears to ignore all the CSS and JavaScript styling for this wallpaper.  The size is off, and it scrolls with the form.  Anybody else have this issue?  I am using forms 10.2

If so, the issue did exist in Forms 10.2.0/10.2.1. It has been fixed in Forms 10.3.0. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ah, I am having the exact same issue as Matthew Tingey was. Guess when I was searching the answers site I was looking at wallpaper and not background.
