Hi Lidija, is there a reason they don't have access to the Support Site? Every user who has a license can create a free account for access to resources on the Support Site (videos, tech papers, CPP, conference and regional training registration, etc). They just need the serial number found in the about pane in the client. Or are you referring to users outside your organization, like clients, citizens and business partners?
