What is the difference between the keys found on Company Profile that start with FM vs the ones found in Activation Keys that start with FA.

How do you see the date that a key was issues?

How do you see which licensing is included within a key? IE: Portal, Participants, etc.

A customer might have 10 forms keys to choose from, labeled all kinds of things like Laserfiche Forms Professional, Forms Professional w/ Participants, Forms Portal, Forms Professional w/ Portal, Forms Authenticated Participants

Forms is a bit complicated than others (because of the free edition and the Pro edition), but if you look at the Product Name column and then find the Activation key of that product, you will get the corresponding license after activation. I saw that you were trying to activate the Forms Professional with Portal on the one computer while it is still installed on another, you will need to uninstall the current one and then install it on a different machine.

What is the difference between the keys listed with the same name. Forms Portal, Particpants etc. But that start with FA vs FM

Why can't I see activations remaining when using the activation keys area?

I am blind to assist with activations without being able to see what is activated, which I use the company profile screen for.

How do I see which key includes both Portal, and Participants?

There shouldn't be activation keys with the same name, and if there is, that is something we need to correct.

We are working on moving the activations remaining from the Organization Profile page to Activation Keys page.

The Forms Portal key includes both Forms Portal and Participants. We might make Forms Participants key include the Forms portal in the future.

We can't work without the Organization Profile page as a VAR, the Activation Keys page does not list any useful information. For example, the Organization Profile shows activations remaining and details about the key like how many participants it contains. This is all critical information when troubleshooting and finding the right key.
