Import Agent 10.3 Upgrade Lic Error

Hi All,

 

Has anyone managed to upgrade to IA 10.3 yet? I'm just trying now but recieve the following error having the email archive check box ticked or un-ticked.

 

 

I don't see any new activaiton keys on the support site to use, only the existing one which fails.

 

Anyone else had any luck?

Hi Chris, the production data has been updated so existing Import Agent keys should now support version 10.3. Sorry for the trouble.
