asked on December 28, 2017

Hi there,

We failed to create a site in LFDS Version 10.2.0.210 with error message  "A SQL error has occurred. (Login failed for user 'XXXXX') (LMO28)"

Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

From the screenshot, it looks like you selected Windows authentication for logging in to SQL. In this case, LFDS uses the service user for the connection. Please make sure that the "Laserfiche Directory Server 10.2" service is using a domain user with sufficient rights to access your SQL server. Alternatively, select "SQL Server authentication" and specify a user name and password.
