My Client is using Laserfiche 10.2.03 on a VM, the users log into a terminal server to access Laserfiche and other applications. The issue is they need to print out of Drake 2016 tax application into Laserfiche with snapshot. I did test snap shot on the terminal server just printing a PDF into laserfiche and it works fine. However when they print out of Drake and you open the snap shot spooler it sits there for over 5 minutes, it does eventually finish spooling and the normal windows pop up and you can get the file into Laserfiche. I have tried changing just about every setting in snapshot to see if I could speed this up without success.

 Does anybody have any suggestions or insight as to why snap shot is so slow spooling from Drake Tax App. The pages are just text, some in table format but nothing crazy.  I did change DPI, color, etc...    Any help would be much appreciated.   Thanks Wendi
