Quick Fields user cannot use the Laserfiche basic scanning feature

Good Morning,

I have a user that has QF installed on her system.  QF's works great however when we try and use the basic LF scanning required for other work the scanner won't work.  Is there a setting I am missing?

We are using LF 10.2

Are they navigating to a folder that they have access to scan to?

What do you mean by doesn't work?  Are there error messages?  Do you mean scanning straight into Laserfiche or scanning into Quick Fields?

 

Does the user or user group have the Scan right in the Admin Console?

If the user goes into a folder that needs new pages scanned with a template the scanner won 't load.  This is the error I receive.
