When scanning into LaserFiche, there is a setting in LaserFiche to select pages per document. Is there a way to do the same selection when printing into the Inbox? Say I have a document on my computer, they are monthly statements. They get dropped in my system as a PDF with lets say 5500 pages. I would like to print them into LaserFiche and be able to select the doc size, each statement is 4 pages.

Question
IS there a way to print into LaserFiche with page selection?
Answer
Yes. If you are needing to break up the 5500 page document, you may want to look at printing all 5500 pages using snapshot and then using Laserfiche Scanning to break the documents up every 4 pages. You could also use Quick Fields to accomplish the same thing after the document is in Laserfiche.

Are you using Snapshot to print them into Laserfiche or are you dragging and dropping them into Laserfiche?
Dragging and dropping right now. Then copying the required info then creating a new document, then paste the copied info and then saving. Was just wondering if I could use snap shot in this manner.
If you use snapshot, yes you can choose the page range you want to print to Laserfiche. When dragging and dropping you do not have that option.
Well, page range wouldn't help would it? I looked at the print options and all I seen was copies. Where would I find it?
Wait, I think I understand what you are saying. I would have to go through all 5500 pages and select each new 4 page doc to print it with snap shot in this manner. Correct?

At this time we are looking into Quick Fields. We do not have that at this time. But printing and then scanning is not an option as they have to be in color and it takes WAY to long to scan. Easier to drag and drop. Takes half the time or less. Thanks Blake.
If you use Snapshot to print the document into Laserfiche in color, then you can use Laserfiche Scanning to process through the document in Laserfiche to separate the pages as you need. No need to physically print the documents and then scan them back in.
bryonsergent@gmc-inc.com if you could explain a little more sir. Not quite understanding.
