Iframe and Form Participant License

Hello,

 

I will like to purchase some form participant licenses and I understand that with a participant license, you are not able to access LF repository. My dilemma is that I have been using iframes to display web access (some documents) on many of my forms. If I go with the logic that we cannot access LF repo with form participant license, I should not be able to access the 'iframe' with the form participant license.

Can anyone please confirm? Thank you.

Hi Vimal

You are correct in that a Form participant license cannot access the Repository so the iframe will not show the files in the repository using those credentials. The Employee Subscription licensing model does include the ability to participate in forms processes and to have read only access to the repository. Beyond that you would need to likely have weblink (public portal) serve the files to the iframe
