We've noticed that in a few installations of the LF Client Suite 10.2.1 that there are errors in the event viewer under Applications & Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > PrintService > Admin referencing LFSS1377MonNT.DLL and LFSS1377ProNT.DLL and seem to be inferring that Snapshot can't find the files.
Windows could not load print processor LFSnapshot Processor 1377 because EnumDatatypes failed. Error code 126. Module: LFSS1377ProNT.DLL. Please obtain and install a new version of the driver from the manufacturer (if available), or choose an alternate driver that works with this print device.
This isn't really really an issue, it seems to do it on every machine with 10.2.1 installed and doesn't have any impact, but one of our clients is having an issue with their print operations crashing and their IT company is blaming Snapshot due to these errors.
Is anyone able to clarify what the error actually means and whether it could have any implications?
