We just purchased additional named user licenses and I need to update that on LFDS. Would Renewing Master License on the LFDS be the right procedure?

Yes, renewing the master license calls into Laserfiche to get an updated version which would include any changes in resources.

I have run into problem after renewing the master license. Import Agent cannot read the license file.

On LFDS I re-registered the Import Agent under application but no luck.

Also, on the LF Admin Console I don't see the updated number of licenses.

Please help.

If you assigned the named users in the server license, you'll need to regenerate that license, place it in the Laserfiche Server's install folder and restart the service.

Same thing for Import Agent.
