With Forms 10.2.1, following activities are handled by Laserfiche Forms Routing Service:

1. Process all the activities designed in the business process(all the steps configured from process diagram) except save draft for message start event

2. Synchronize accounts form Laserfiche Server&LDAP Server(when use Laserfiche Server for user authentication)/Laserfiche Directory Server(when use Laserfiche Directory Server for user authentication)

3.  Generate reports when user download from instances/tasks table

4.  Generate aggregated email notifications

5.  Migrate participants when switch from Laserfiche Server to Laserfiche Director Server for user authentication

6. Recovery the not processed submissions(archived under C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche Forms\RoutingError) when restart Laserfiche Forms Routing Service

7. Generate the PDF of the form when download/email form thank you page

8. Auto retry the suspended service tasks.
