Hello, All.  

This one has me confused.  My subscriber seems to have quit working late Friday, and I'm not sure where to turn next. . .hoping someone has seen something like this and has an idea.

The Subscriber Tracer does not acknowledge incoming documents even though they are showing up in the LF Live Event Viewer.  The Windows Event log mentioned an error with the Message Queuing service (pic attached), but that service will not restart, giving me "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".

I've updated Windows updates according to https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/111616/Error-1053-The-Service-did-not-respond-o-the-start-request#111632 but this did not help.  

I'm running LF 10.2.0.839 and Workflow 10.2.0.202 on a Windows 2012 R2 server.  I've rebooted and every time the Message Queuing service won't restart even though it says it's running.
