Physical memory issue

Hello all,

 

Did anyone ever report that the LF server and WF server would make the metafile in the memory consume more than 80% ??

i have a customer that is having issue in the physical memory where the RAMs are always working at 90%,(30gb/32gb), according to a thread from microsoft w ran the RAMMAP tool and found that the metafile are consume most of the memory as shown in the picture:

we are trying to resolve the issue with microsoft, but i need confirmation that this is not related to laserfiche, so does it look like something caused by the servers ?

Hello Chris,

 

i am using LF server 8 and WF Server 8, and they are both on the same server, without the SQL Server, in RIO environment and license manager on another machine.

Hey Maher,

 

V8!!.... frown

 

I did see some major problems with memory leaks across larger customers sites on V8, thankfully most of these issues were addressed in LF9 and bugfixed.

 

I would get upgraded to V10 (or at the very least V9) ASAP.! wink

Why do you think it's caused by the Laserfiche Server or Workflow?

Hello miruna,

 

i don't know if it is caused by the servers, i just need confirmation if this behavior would be caused by the servers or not ? or did it ever been reported?
