Hi, I am experiencing issues with the support site as a VAR. I am unable to access neither my company's legacy license files, nor my customers' legacy license files since a week ago. Receiving an answer "No license found" for the 1st query , while receiving the answer "401: Unauthorized " directing me to contact our user admin.
I can only view activation keys for both ( ours as well as my customers. )
I already contacted our distributer for the same, they respond the support site is facing issues, and need to wait till fixed. But this still the same since more than a week by now.
Please advise, as I need to grant rules to my clients.
