Hi Team,

Wanted to run this past the community first, would like to know if anyone has seen this before? 

We have a client who is running Snapshot on documents within the Repository (TIFF). When they select Snapshot though, the print screen is being displayed twice? With the same settings showing on both Snapshot screens? Any reason why this would occur? 

We are doing the above as the main initial snapshot into Laserfiche is not always remembering the configuration being set?
