Hello,

I have a user that in the Laserfiche Snapshot Configuration the radio button option is not saving.

Under the "After document has been printed:" option on the General tab, it always goes back to the "Assign it the configured properties without prompting" option instead of staying on the "Prompt to configure properties" option. See attached screenshot.

I have tried restoring his default setting but that did not help.

Any ideas?
