Greetings!

I'm hitting against a brick wall on this one.  I'm sure it is right in front of my face, and I even think I had this working before, but not now.

I want some of our technical staff to be able to grab a license when needed.  (Installing Quick Fields or ScanConnect, for example.)  They are able to install the software, but when it is time to reach out to the License server they are not seeing any license blocks.

So, where would I give a user rights for the licenses?  At our top organization I went into the security tab, added the user, then gave "Assign licenses" and didn't see any change. 

 

I'm missing something somewhere - any ideas?
