Support Site Issues

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the support site? We're currently unable to log in and receiving a 404 Not Found error when trying to access knowledge base articles e.g Administration Guides.

The issue with logging onto the Support Site should be resolved now.

Nothing urgent as this point but we've had issues for the last week or so, however today it's stopping us logging in completely. We've done the usual things - cleared cookies and cache and also tested from outside our company network as well to rule out any internal issues but no luck!

Not working for me either, been hit and miss over the last few days. Currently waiting to get an activation key but can't access the customer list.....

Are you still unable to login to the Support Site, Nigel?

Hi Steve, we can not log into the support site either.

I can login but only "Live Chat" appears under the "My Support" section so we can't access licenses, customer lists etc. Quite a few 404 errors too.

Ok, thank you. I have let our Infrastructure team know. Please email suppport@laserfiche.com if you need an activation key.
