Activation Key for Forms Basic/Essentials

We upgraded to Avante 10.2.1 a little over a month ago.  For a while, the Forms Basic/Essentials license key was in our list . . . However, when I went to install it this afternoon, the key is now missing from our list.  Was that option removed or is it simply something wrong with my profile?

Hi Justin, thanks for posting. There was an issue with how Forms Essentials licensing was being treated for certain Avante purchases; this has now been fixed. Can you confirm that you can see the Forms Essentials key for your company now from the Activation Keys page for your organization?
