Activate Participant License with Avante

Licensing Forms Version 10 How To License Manager

Hey Peeps!

I am trying to activate my new participant licenses. I've gone through with my rep and we've added them in the Laserfiche files, however, they are still showing up as a 0 when I log in and check them. Can anyone walk me through how to do this again, and maybe offer some suggestions?

Cynthia,

Use the keys with name "Avante Forms Authenticated Participants" or " Avante Forms Portal ".

The key with name " Avante Forms Professional" does not contain the Authenticated Participants or Forms Portal.

Did you put the license in the <Install Folder>\Forms\Bin and restart the Routing Service and the Forms app pool?

I don't have an install folder? I went to the c drive, program files, Laserfiche, Laserfiche forms, activationtool, and then added it. I saved it there also.

<Install Folder> is shorthand for the folder where Forms was installed. By default, that's C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms. The license needs to be in the \Forms\Bin subfolder of that path.

I don't remember us performing the bin part, but otherwise, we've done the rest. I've forwarded this information to my support guy....hopefully it will help. Thank you for the information! :)

I know this is an older post but, what do I do when they also have forms professional?
