quickfield lookup doesn't appear

Dears,

My client has Barcode and Validation Package, but when i activated the quickfields, the lookup process activity (the barcode did) didn't appear in the toolbox on the right.

is their a seperate installation for this ? What seems to be the problem.

Hi Naim,

 

The lookups are usually configured in the metadata management module. Can you access this by right clicking the document class?

You can look in Help\About to see the list of add-ons in the license. If Lookup is not listed under Features, then this instance is not licensed for it.

If you are licensed for it, make sure you're looking in the document class, not in Pre-Processing as Lookup is not available as a process in Pre-Processing.
