Web Access user setup

What are the steps to configure a Windows user to access documents in LF using Web Access without having to enter a password?

We are using a Rio 10.2.1 system.

The first time just check Windows Authentication, and Stay Signed in. Then click Sign In.

After that, it'll just go right in.

I am getting in now but the system freezes for a few minutes and then throws an error. I can access the repository using the client with no problem.

I have been trying to open a case or use Live Chat neither of which are working currently.

What if LF Admin is set up as a Windows User and not a Repository User in both LFDS & the repository?
