When creating a Connector Profile using the "Write Data to an Application" action to populate a LF Form from MS CRM Online 2016, when defining the tokens to get values, the Token content will return (for many of the CRM fields) the Field Name followed by the variable, which repeats itself twice (e.g., the CRM Field "First Name" will return the token content [Text]-First Name JohnJohn).

Attached is a Word document which includes 3 screenshots which reflects the 6 tokens being defined, the Write Controls for which the data should be written into (LF Form), and the finished LF Form which shows that only 2 of the 6 fields will write data to the LF Form.

Are there any Connector Users who are not having these issues when attempting to get values from MS CRM 2016 Online or Dynamics 365 CRM?  If so, what method seems to work best?
