Is there a way to set a time period on the instance/task history kept in Forms?

I have records that are kept for a specified number of years in Laserfiche Repository that result from a forms process. The documents are destroyed after this time period, but won't they technically still exist in the Forms history? This means I am no longer compliant with our records retention policies.

In Forms 10.4, we released a feature for Data Maintenance that will automatically delete any instance from one or all processes at a certain time after it was completed. You can also choose just to delete the forms data that was collected, and not the entire instance.

Currently there is no built in way to automate it.

In that case, I think this should be a feature request. Not being compliant with the records program opens up a world of issues and could even result in legal consequences. Being able to set a duration to each forms process would be ideal, but I would even be happy with an overall setting that we could set for all form processes.
