We are in test mode and I'm finding that our Forms process that has Upload fields for adding attachments to submit with the application are resulting in glitched documents saved to Laserfiche. These are Word documents with just a few words saved into them that are being uploaded during the test runs. If we use pdf's to upload, they are coming in fine, but the Word documents look like this:

It looks like you have File Conversion enabled for the Word document.

Huh, I don't know how that made a difference, Rui. I did have .docx in that spot for conversion in my own LF Client Tools Options. But this was a website LF Form that was uploading and a Save to Laserfiche activity that was bringing the documents into the LF repository. How could my settings effect that?
Well, the Word documents came in fine after I changed the setting, so... hopefully all will be well from here on in. I will keep an eye on it.

When you configure Forms to save files to repository, you have set a user to authenticate with repository. When Forms saves file, it will use the settings of that user.
In your case, if you login LF Client with the same account, then the options you changed would take effect on Forms saving files.
