Is there a way to send out Laserfiche Form to an external user that doesn't have a Laserfiche account?

Our Human Resource department is trying to create a form to send out an offer letter to future employees and would like to have them review the form and submit back to the Human Resource department. Is there a way to do that with having a license?

Since user tasks could not be assigned to public users, you could try either create temp participant account and assign user task to that account, or use public portal and let the future employee fill out a new form as public user (and maybe use lookup rules to populate field values.)
