Hi,
Sometimes when logging into the Download sections of the support site the "Download" Button next to the Share button does not always appear.
This happens whenever i try to download software, white papers or other material and can usually be remedied by smashing the refresh button a few times, but it's not optimal. Looking at my account I should have the rights to download products.
I've tried clearing my cache, running in incognito and different browsers but the problem persists.
